We're hiring an Events & Marketing Manager to help shape and execute our 2026 marketing moments – from executive dinners to our Language AI Meetup series in Zurich and Berlin, with 2,000+ members combined. You'll work directly with the leadership team, own real projects end-to-end, and have an unusually broad scope for an early-career role.

About the role
This is the job
- Co-own the execution of our 2026 event program: the Language AI Meetups in Zurich and Berlin, executive dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
- Manage logistics, vendors, venues, speakers, registration, and on-site delivery.
- Write and edit invitations, landing pages, and event communications in German and English.
- Coordinate with sales, content, and design to make each event land.
- Help measure what works and improve the next one.
- Pitch in on broader marketing and related work as needed.
Your Profile
- A hungry, organized self-starter who takes ownership and figures things out.
- Strong written and spoken German and English.
- Calm under deadline pressure; able to juggle multiple workstreams.
- A genuine interest in AI and language – and you already use the latest AI tools to work efficiently every day, whether that's drafting text, editing images, or speeding up the boring stuff.
Bonus points for
- Event management experience (university, student association, hospitality, agency, etc.).
- Social media instincts and experience growing or running channels.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, landing page builders).
